How should I describe my pet's or livestock's condition in the message section when requesting an appointment?

When describing your animal’s condition, please provide detailed information including symptoms, duration, any changes in behavior or appetite, and any recent incidents that may have led to the current condition. Also, mention any preexisting conditions or current medications your pet is taking.

The more specific you are, the better prepared we can be for your visit.

Can I request a specific veterinarian for my appointment?

Absolutely! If you have a preferred veterinarian, you can mention their name in the message section of the appointment form, and we will do our best to schedule your appointment accordingly.

What kind of veterinary services do you provide?

Animal Clinic of Diamond offers a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the needs of your livestock or pet. Should your animal require specialized care beyond what we can provide, we will gladly refer you to the appropriate specialist.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

I have gone here 4 times now. The first we had a puppy that had parvo and no other vet could squeeze this VERY sick pup in, Diamond made it happen, they did let me know ahead of time that it would be an emergency visit charge. With the charge of the emergency visit, the multiple medications, the iv bag, multiple syringes, and testing, it was a fraction of the cost of the other local vets. He bounced back very quickly, and they called to check on him. It has been the same every other time, wonderful, kind, respectful and informative staff, fair pricing and the cleanest I have seen and smellt.

I had an emergency with my dog that required immediate medical attention and they scheduled me an appointment and were gracious enough to let me know that if I was late, it was okay and that they would still take her. The nurses and doctor communicated clearly to me and gave me options to help narrow down any other potential risks and gave me affordable medication to help with the issues my dog was having. I love these people and they understood clearly that I was a little further out and had to make a drive to get to them. All in all, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who lives in the southwest corner of Missouri.
