1. APPOINTMENT REQUEST POLICY

Submitting an appointment request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. Once a request is submitted, a representative from Animal Clinic of Diamond, LLC will contact the client via phone to confirm the appointment.

2. REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES

Since Animal Clinic of Diamond, LLC does not process payments through the website, we do not offer refunds or returns for services.

If a client has concerns about a service, they must visit our office in person to discuss the matter with a manager.

3. PRESCRIPTION & MEDICATION RETURNS

We do not offer prescription or medication sales through our website. Any questions regarding prescriptions must be addressed in person at our clinic.

4. PAYMENT & BILLING

All payments for services are processed only in-person at our veterinary clinic office. No payments are accepted through the website.

As we do not process payments online, we do not offer online refunds.
